In the table below, all prices are for a 5 user system.  Annual Licensing can be increased in 5 user blocks.

    The INITIAL INSTALL is a one time fee for various modules and we consider this tech support labour so that this amount becomes a direct expense to companies rather than a software license that has to be amortized. 

    The ANNUAL LICENSE   is a yearly licensing fee that must be paid in advance.  This fee entitles your system to automatically download all updates and enhancements to your current system. If this license is not up to date, your system will cease to function.  No data will be lost, but you will have to contact us again if and when you decide to re-instate your system.

    Each module that you decide to acquire, will have an INITIAL INSTALL fee, and an ANNUAL LICENSE fee.  The INITIAL INSTALL is a constant fee, no matter how many users you decide to license
