POS Update Optional "Take With" Stores
If you choose option Z from the Standard Utility Menu (1), you will arrive at this screen.
This is a cross reference item that is set up to allow the proper editing of the delivery schedule of each item on a contract.
Here is a scenerio.
An item is sold from store "HA"
The operator attempts to set this item up as a "TW" delivery type. Normally the system would not allow this delivery type unless the stock was in the physical location of "HA".
However, as in the above screen, you have completed the multi-field #1 with optional locations of "HW" and "HC", then they system will allow you to set up the delivery type of "TW" as long as the item is in one of the three physical locations.
