POS Update Dynamic Sales Choice
When you choose option Y from the Standard Utility Menu (1), you will arrive at this screen.
A simple response of either "R" or "D" is all that is required. However, this option has a dramatic effect on the way your system works.
We strongly suggest that you use the Dynamic option. We have included this flag to make our system compatible with our older "real time" accounting practices, but in this day and age, most companies need to continue making sales etc, while the accounting department balances and closes periods. When using the dynamic function, there is no down time for month end closings.
