When you choose option #2 from the Standard Utility Menu (2), you will arrive at this screen.
There is just 1 multi-value field to be added here.
Each line, though, must be a complete mini-message on its own because the routine for adding delivery notes to the customer invoice will allow you to add these individual notes to the invoice simply by choosing a line number. This cuts down on repeditive typing if salespersons and other operators are expected to add some special notes to every invoice during a sale etc.
