POS Update Dispatch Requirements
When you choose option R from the Standard Utility Menu (1), you will arrive at this screen.
This utility requires a simple Y or N answer to each of the questions
1.1 Answer "Y" here and you set in motion all routines that have to do with shipping and dispatch. "N" means you do not want to use this function
1.2 A "Y" here indicates that the system should prepare a report for you that will outline who is coming and when to pick up items previously purchased.
1.3 A "Y" here will flag the automatic transfer of items from one warehouse to another when they are sold.
1.4 A "Y" here will insure that accounting staff will have to look at every contract and approve it before it goes to dispatch.
