Update Extended Tax References
If you choose option Q from the Standard Utility Menu (1), you will arrive at this screen.
This utility is used simply to describe headings and other pertinent information that might be printed on some reports , one of which is your customer's invoice.
You will notice that this screen is made up of one multi-value field.
Column #1 is defined by your original Tax Setup and cannot be changed in this routine.
Column #2 is the heading that might appear on some reports
Column #3 is your registration number for this particular tax
Column #4 lets you specify whether or not you want these tax numbers and headings printed on your customer invoice.
