Update Summary Sales Area

When you choose option M from the Standard Utility Menu (1), you will arrive at this screen.

You will notice that there are two columns to be filled out in this utility

Column #1, headed Sub Code is simply filled in using your own code for the summary sales area of your choice.  For example, you might have sales areas of 101 for Markham, 102 for Mississauga, 103 for Toronto.  All of these sales areas could be summarized into summary product code 100 so that you can print a sales report containing just one line for all of these areas combined.

Column #2, Description, allows you to enter a description for each summary code.  This is the description that will be printed on reports.
