Update Tax Inclusion Tables
When you Choose option "D" from the Global Utilities you will arrive at this screen.

Note that the first column is that actual Tax Code that has been set up using the "Update Tax Parameters" routine. You only have the option on this screen to pre-set various combinations of tax included and tax extra.
For example look at option 2. You will notice that on the line for GST, there is an I (i) . This means that GST is Included in the price of any product sold. The "X" for PST means that taxes are extra.
Using another utility, the administrator can set the default for the system, but during the "Add Invoice" routine, this default can be over-ridden by the operator if needed. So, if you having a tax included event, you simply set the default to that, and your operators add invoices as always and the taxes become automatic. There is no need for them to carry calculators and inevitably make errors.
