Update Delivery Tables

When you choose option #5 from the Utilities Menu (1), you will be presented with a screen similar to this one.

Information in this screen is used only if you are using the Dispatch routines.

Notice that there are two multi-value fields in this screen.  The column on the left (1.1,1.2 etc), holds various delivery types.  If any of these delivery types show up on a customer invoice, the this invoice would be placed on the master list for deliveries in the appropriate warehouse file.  On the right is another multi-value field (2.1,2.2 etc), where you can place delivery types that would cause the invoice to be totally ignored as far as placing it on the master list for deliveries.  Although you can review delivery types in another section, we want to point out here that WC stands for 'WHEN COMPLETE'.  Therefore, you should be careful when using it because just one line on an invoice with this delivery type will prevent the invoice from being placed on the master delivery list.  Another delivery type is SC (scheduled).  This is placed on the invoice when (after checking with your dispatch office) this item MUST BE DELIVERED.  So, even though it is possible, you should never put and SC delivery type and a WC delivery type on one invoice because dispatch will not see it until the WC is removed.
