Update Legit Whse and Store Codes
You have reached this utility by typing "2" from the Global Utilities Menu (1).
The screen is shown below with some data already entered.

The top half of the screen is simply headings for the data in lines 1.1 to 1.11
Column one, is WHSE CODE We allow a 2 character code for your Physical locations (i.e. stores, warehouses, clearance centres etc). This is the controlling screen for all other processes that require you to enter a warehouse or store. If you attempt to enter a code that is not on this list, you will be denied.
Column two is a one character code (either S or W) to indicate if the location you entered is either a Store or a Warehouse.
Column Three is a one character code (either a Y or an N) to indicate whether or not sales are allowed from this location. In other words, if you sell a product and it is located in one of these locations marked "Y", then the sale will be allowed.
Column Four is a two character code indicating which warehouse will make the delivery for a certain physical building.
This is used for some reporting, printing of transfers etc in the proper building. For example, using our data, you will see that no matter where product is sold from (only HA in line 1.1), the delivering warehouse would be HW.
Column Five is a one character code to indicate if you allow customers to pickup from the location. This data is used to prevent sales people from entering wrong data when completing an invoice. For example, the cannot set up the invoice to allow the customer to pick up from location O3, only from our store and our warehouse.
Column Six is a one character code (either "Y" or "N") indicating whether or not the purchase orders can be run for this location. Normally you would only want to prepare purchase orders based on warehouse and store stock.
