Notes Reminder Flag

When you choose option #4 from the global Utilities 2 Menu, you will see this screen:

You will notice that there is only one field into which you may place a "Y" or a "N".  If this record is already present, it will be displayed and you may choose E)dit, then "1", and replace the field with your choice.  You may the F)ile this record or @)abort it, leaving it as it was.

The reason for this flag is to change the way the system responds to operators adding an invoice to the system.  There are various notes that can be added a this time.  Although the operator has access to updating all the notes manually,  there is the chance he/she might forget to enter something.  When this flag is set, the system automatically cycles through each different set of notes so that they cannot forget.
