Customer Count by City Report
When you choose option #2 from the Accounts Receivable Reports menu #2, you will be asked to choose a printer for your report, and then prompted to either continue or exit this routine. If you choose to continue, you will then be prompted to choose either a Range of cities or a List of cities.
If you choose R)ange, then you will have the option to enter the beginning city and the ending city.
If you choose L)ist, then you will be able to add cities , one at a time to a list for analysis.
Once you confirm that you are happy with your choices, the report will begin to run. It will produce a report showing all cities chosen in alphabetical order and a count of past and present customers in each city.
