When you choose option "A" from the Security Main Menu, you will be presented with this screen:

This data has absolutely nothing to do with the operation of the security system.  It is used only to allow you to enter names and telephone numbers of key personnel who should be contacted if a user cannot gain access to a module that they need to use.   As stated in the screen dump above, only the first 5 names will be displayed the message screen that appears.  You can enter more if you like, but they will not be available to the operator.

You can update the screen by E)diting a current line, S)equencing through all the data, A)dding a new name to the list etc.  When you are finished changing the list,  F)ile it.  If you enter "@" to abort, none of your changes will be saved.
