Select a Range of Labels
If you choose option 2 from the Inventory Utilities Menu, you will arrive at this utility.
The first screen you will see is show below.

When you have read this, then depress any key to continue. You must then specify the name of the file that you want to store your information in. This file name (code) must match one of the controlling names that was setup earlier using Update Legit Label File.
Once you have entered the code, you will see the following screen. We have shown this screen with the fields filled out.

Usually when this routine is run, it is to produce labels for a specific area such as a Retail outlet. Here we have entered "HA" as both beginning and ending WHSE (or STORE) code so that only labels will be produced for this one store.
We have also entered the same beginning and ending PRODUCT code (assuming that we only want labels for a specific product code)
We have also entered the same beginning and ending VENDOR code to product labels for just this one vendor
Finally we have entered the same beginning and end location.
Our choices will give us standard 3.5 X 1" labels for all product on the FLOOR, in building HA for PRODUCT CODE 100, and for VENDOR "EMJ DAT". All criteria must be met in order to produce the label.
