Update Offerings Member List
This routine allows operator to add/edit and sometimes delete a member. This is the input screen where some confidential information is input and edited for a member. The key into the file is an envelope number If you enter an envelope number and information appears, you know that this member is already on file. If you enter an envelope number and get a blank screen then you know that this envelope number has never been used before, and that it is safe to use for this new member.
It is vital that anyone adding members using the routine from the Member Update Menu informs the operator of the Offerings menu about additions so that envelope numbers can be assigned.
